ABA Therapy Services Built Around Your Child
Every child learns differently. Our services are designed to meet your family where you are — at home, in our Southfield center, at school, or in the community.

A full continuum of evidence-based care
1:1 ABA Treatment
Dedicated one-on-one sessions led by a Registered Behavior Technician under BCBA supervision. Most children start with several sessions per week, focused on the goals in their personalized treatment plan — communication, daily living skills, social engagement, and more.
Behavior Intervention Plans
A BCBA conducts a functional assessment to understand what's driving challenging behavior, then builds an individualized, evidence-based plan. We teach replacement skills and partner with parents so the plan works at home, at school, and in the community.
Social Skills Groups
Small peer groups of 3–5 children where kids practice taking turns, starting conversations, reading cues, and making friends. Groups are matched by age and developmental level so every child can engage and grow.
Parent Training & Support
Regular coaching sessions where we walk parents through strategies for the moments that matter most — transitions, meltdowns, mealtimes, and bedtime. You learn what works, and progress carries into everyday life.
Coordination of Care
We collaborate with your pediatrician, speech and occupational therapists, teachers, and IEP teams so everyone is rowing in the same direction. Consistent goals across providers means faster, more durable progress.
Flexible Service Settings
Therapy in your home, at our warm Southfield center, or in your child's school or community — wherever they're most ready to learn and grow.
Children and families across Oakland County
We primarily serve children — from early intervention ages through adolescence — with an autism diagnosis or other developmental challenges. Our approach is strengths-based: we celebrate who your child is while helping them build the skills they need to thrive at home, at school, and in the world.
ABA therapy is likely covered by your insurance
Michigan law requires most major insurance plans to cover ABA therapy for children with an autism diagnosis. We currently accept Aetna, Priority Health, and Blue Cross Blue Shield — and we verify your benefits at no cost.

"We are so grateful to be working with Achieve! Chani is truly amazing — kind, patient, and so dedicated. We feel incredibly supported by our team, especially BCBA Rivka and Roman. Roman really takes the time to connect with my son through his love of Pokémon and Star Wars, and that genuine connection has made such a meaningful impact. It's rare to find a team that not only understands your child but celebrates who they are."
